Small and charming bakery, the baked goods are excellent. Good value for money. The staff is very friendly, and the coffee is delicious. Everything is very clean.

Braun is a very good, innovative baker. Everyone in the Essleben area should know Braun. I enjoy all his products and can highly recommend them.

Good coffee, delicious pastries, and a friendly salesperson. Considering the location right on the B19, they've also created a nice seating area where you can completely forget the noise of passing cars.

I tried all the bread rolls on offer, and every single variety was delicious. Having the fresh rolls in the car gave me a total déjà vu; it smelled just like I remember it from my childhood. It's wonderful that traditional baking still exists here. Great appreciation to the owner. The saleswoman was also very friendly!

Very, VERY delicious poppy seed rolls, simply perfect, not overly sweet, doesn't taste weirdly artificial, and most importantly, no excessive icing. This is, so far, the bakery that has the best poppy seed rolls I've ever tasted 😤❤️ Very friendly and sweet service 😊.

The highlight of the morning. No other bakery in the county offers such a warm welcome. The baked goods are fantastic, the pretzel stick is simply unbeatable.

I stumbled upon this small bakery while passing through, as I try to support local businesses like this. I can tell you, I wasn't disappointed! 😃 The owner is very friendly and gave me a brief overview of the bakery. There's a very good, well-organized selection of breads (I don't like it when there are 100 different products; then it's not fresh, it's just been frozen). You have to work really hard to offer the selection at Braun Bakery. You can taste that the sourdough is treated properly and, above all, that the breads are given time to develop. It's worth driving a bit further for high-quality baked goods. Thank you!
